“product recall.” If one of your purchases from us is recalled, BW Firearms
will contact you with instructions from the manufacturer regarding
the nature of the recall and how to get the problem resolved. In most cases, if
there is a factory defect, the manufacturer will cover any related fees and
shipping charges. BW Firearms and its affiliates are not responsible
for any of the recall-related fees or charges.
